On sloping, southeast-oriented plots, a set of three "stone" family houses is designed. The houses, adorned with stone cladding, subtly differ from each other, providing ample privacy for future owners, while the expansive terrace simultaneously offers breathtaking views of the surroundings.
The simplicity and clarity of the house's shape offers timeless purity and a practical solution for privacy.

The modern interior of this residential development stands out with generous glazing that brings in natural light and visually connects the space with the exterior. Exposed concrete on the ceiling and floor creates a striking contrast with the warm wooden wall cladding. A home office, subtly separated by a glass partition, maintains visual openness while offering a sense of privacy.
A luxurious interior where simplicity plays the leading role – the contrast between white marble and dark wood. Everything is compactly hidden in uniform units, including modern doors with concealed frames.
